Razor Terms & Conditions

Permanent Roles
The Razor fee for placing a candidate with a client on a permanent placement shall be 20% of the first year's base salary.

Interim roles
For assignments less than three months an interim monthly fee of 27% of base salary is charged. For assignments longer than three months an interim monthly fee of 20% of base salary is charged. We will operate a minimum payment of €700 at 20% and €900 at 27% per month for both these categories. A 3% payroll fee is charged on all assignments.
